Terms and Conditions
1) SUBMISSION CRITERIA

- Image file(s) must be included with the name of destination. Untitled ones will be disqualified.

- Image must be of print resolution (a minimum of 800X600 px). Image quality that does not meet printing standards will not 

  be considered.

- ONLY .jpg files are accepted.- Maximum of 2 Mb per photo, 5 photos per submission.

2) IMAGE RELEVANCE

- Must be of travel destinations, places of interest.

- Image may include a tattooed body part but that is not a requirement.

3) ORIGINALITY

- No replicates or reproductions of work please! We want to see something interesting and original. We're keeping a lookout

  for these in our potential winner.

4) JUDGING PANEL

- Winning photo will be decided by the VI crew, any images we deem irrelevant, provocative or distasteful will be disqualified.
 

5) PRIZE – COMPLIMENTARY TATTOO BY ARTIST OF CHOICE

- Prize is not transferrable

- Valid for a period of 6 months from date of notification.

- Tattoo by artist of winner's choice.

- Of a size that can be completed in a sitting of 3-4 hours. (Or within a reasonable timeframe that is to the artist's discretion)

- Any subsequent session(s) required for completion or touch-up will be liable to the usual artist rates.

- Design and placement have to be agreed upon with chosen artist.

- A drawing fee will be collected if customization is required.

- A refundable deposit may be required to secure an appointment. The deposit will be forfeited upon no show or cancellation   without ample notice.
 

6) AGE LIMIT

- Winning participant will be required to be of above 18 years of age.

- Photos contributed by anyone under 18 are welcome but will not be considered for the contest.
